Does it need electricity?
No. Self-warming works from the dog's own body heat reflected back through the inner layer — no plug, no battery and no certification chain.
What is the minimum order?
MOQ from 200 pieces per model, with custom sizes and fabrics available from that quantity.
When should I order for the Q4 season?
The earlier the better — samples take 5 days and production lead time is stated on your quotation. Tell us your target in-market date and we will work back from it.
Can I sample a custom size?
Yes. Send the dimensions and we will quote the sample — US$25–40 per model, credited back against your first order.
