OEM, ODM and private label service

Pick a model that already sells and put your name on it, or send a reference product and we build to your specification. Either way you deal with one person from specification to shipment.

Service

Two routes to your own product

Route A · fastest to market

Ready models with your branding

Start from one of the models in the range. We apply your colours, sizes, logo, hangtag and retail packaging to a product that is already tested in the market.

  • Your artwork applied to labels and packs
  • Your size range from a model that is already tested
  • Best for a first order or a test SKU

Route B · your own design

Built to your specification

Send a reference product, a technical drawing or a target specification. We confirm materials, dimensions, construction and packaging, then produce an approved sample before the bulk run.

  • Trial quantity on request
  • Construction and material confirmed in writing
  • Pantone references locked into the spec sheet
  • Best for brands with a defined range

What you control

You decide, we confirm it in writing

Nothing about your product is left to our discretion. These are the four things buyers lock down before production.

Material

Fabric, GSM, backing and lining — specified per model, confirmed on the spec sheet.

Dimension

Size range, thickness and construction, matched to the size of dog you are selling to.

Colour & logo

Pantone-matched colours, your logo embroidered, printed or labelled.

Packing & labels

Polybag, retail box, hangtag, barcode and multipack configuration.

How an order runs

Six steps, and you can say no at step four

Step 01

Request

Product, quantity, market. One reply within one business day.

Step 02

Sample

Prepared and shipped to you for approval.

Step 03

Approve

You approve the sample, the spec sheet and the packaging artwork.

Step 04

Produce

Bulk production to the approved sample. Balance still unpaid.

Step 05

Inspect

Inspection photos sent to you against the approved reference.

Step 06

Ship

One consolidated shipment, documents attached to the invoice.

The balance is not paid until you have seen the inspection photos. That is the point of the sequence — the money is still in your hands at the moment you could still say no.

Sample & terms

The commercial details, up front

Sample

US$25–40 per model

Prepared in 5 days, credited back in full against your first production order.

Order quantity

From 200 pieces

Per model for the stocked range; trial quantities on request for the mobility models.

Incoterms

FOB by default

Stated in plain language on every quotation. Ask for DDP and the current HTS rate is verified before it appears on the quote, never guessed.

Inspection

Photos before balance

Inspection photos against the approved sample are sent before the balance is due.

Ask us the awkward questions — payment terms, inspection, documents, timelines. We answer plainly, and one reply usually settles it.

Quality & compliance

What happens before the goods leave

Quality control

Each production run is inspected against the approved sample — not against a catalogue photo. Colour-critical items are matched to the Pantone references written into your spec sheet, and inspection photos are sent to you before the balance is due.

  • The approved sample is the inspection reference
  • Inspection photos before balance payment
  • Batch records kept for every run

Compliance documents

Compliance is market-specific, so we start by asking where the goods are going. Tell us your market and we will list the documents your buyers and platforms are likely to ask for, and tell you honestly which ones we can supply.

  • We tell you what your market needs before you order
  • Documents confirmed in the quotation — never promised in advance
  • We do not claim certificates we have not seen

Questions

Practical answers before you request a sample

What are your payment terms?

FOB with the balance payable after you have seen the inspection photos. The exact terms are written into the quotation and the Proforma Invoice — nothing is left to a verbal agreement.

Who pays freight and duties, and which Incoterms do you use?

Every quotation states its Incoterms in plain language — FOB by default. Ask for DDP and the current HTS rate is verified before it appears on the quote, never guessed.

What if the bulk order does not match the sample?

The sample you approve becomes the inspection reference for the bulk — not a catalogue photo. Colour-critical items are matched to Pantone references written into the spec sheet, and you see inspection photos before the balance is due.

How much is a sample and how fast?

US$25–40 per model, prepared in 5 days, and the fee is credited back in full against your first production order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ from 200 pieces per model for the stocked range, 300 for the belly band. The three mobility models run on trial quantities — ask and we will quote what makes sense for your first order.

How do we start a private label order?

Send a reference product, target specification or product idea. We confirm materials, dimensions, packaging and the approved sample before production. Labels and hangtags follow your artwork.

Will batch quality drift between orders?

Each run is inspected against your approved sample and your spec sheet is reused for the next order, so the reference does not change between batches. Batch records are kept for every run.

Which compliance documents does my market need?

It depends on the market and the product. Tell us where the goods are going and we will list what your buyers and platforms are likely to ask for — and tell you honestly which documents we can supply.
